Vendor Agreement

By submitting this application, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Vendor Fee: The vendor fee is non-refundable once payment is confirmed. Fees must be paid in full by the due date specified.
• Setup: All vendors must be fully set up and ready by the designated setup time. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.
• Breakdown: All items, displays, and trash must be removed by the specified breakdown time. Vendors who leave early without prior approval may not be invited to future events.
• Conduct: Vendors are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout the event. The organizer reserves the right to remove any vendor who violates event policies.
• Liability: Each vendor is responsible for their own merchandise, equipment, and setup. The event organizer is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft.
• Insurance: Vendors are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance. Proof of insurance may be required depending on the event.
• Cancellation: If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, emergencies), the organizer will attempt to reschedule or provide a partial refund at their discretion.
• Promotion: Vendors agree to actively promote the event on their social media channels. The organizer may use vendor names, logos, and images for promotional purposes.
• Products: Vendors may only sell items described in their application. Selling unauthorized items may result in removal from the event.
• Compliance: Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations, including but not limited to health codes, sales tax collection, and business licensing.
